When he's not spreading joy with his contagious laugh, Dom is in the Kitchen preparing one of his signature dishes. Oxtails are not only one of his specialties, but a fan favorite as well. Dom brings years of experience as a chef and kitchen supervisor that always shines through in his work.
Minor Walker
Pastry Chef
Minor is a graduate of Eastern Florida State College where he obtained his culinary degree. As a pastry chef, one of his favorite things to prepare (and one of our favorite things to eat) is carrot cake. A true artist of his craft, every baked good is made with meticulous care that is guaranteed to satisfy.
